What is the maximum guest count for a wedding?

Our venue can comfortably accommodate weddings and events with up to 200 guests, allowing you to celebrate with a large group of family and friends while still enjoying an intimate, garden-style atmosphere.

Are there spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?
​
Yes. Vignette Gardens offers dedicated areas for each part of your event. You can host your ceremony in our garden setting, enjoy cocktail hour in our outdoor lounge and pathways, and celebrate your reception inside our 8,000 square foot covered greenhouse space. Each area flows naturally into the next, creating a seamless experience for you and your guests.

Is there a place for the wedding party to get ready?

Yes. Your package includes access to our unique bridal suite, created for the bride and her party to relax, get ready, and take photos.
The groom and groomsmen have their own dedicated getting-ready space in our on-site private tour bus, which doubles as a fun, comfortable hangout before the ceremony.

What is included in your wedding package?
​
Our wedding package is designed to feel truly all-inclusive. You will have exclusive use of the venue, full catering from our premier partner with hors d’oeuvres, main courses, sides, and open bar service with liquor and professional bartenders. The package also includes all essential rentals, such as guest tables, chairs, cocktail high-tops, linens, tableware, and a dedicated team of waitstaff to take care of you and your guests throughout the event.

Can I use my own vendors?
​
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own insured vendors for services such as photography, videography, floral design, and entertainment, including DJs and live bands. We are also happy to share a list of our preferred vendor partners if you would like recommendations, but you are not required to use them.

How early can our vendors and we access the venue on the wedding day?
​
You and your vendors can access the venue starting at 9:00 AM on the day of your wedding. This gives plenty of time for setup, décor, and getting ready, so everything feels relaxed and stress-free.

Do you have on-site parking?
​
Yes. Valet parking for your guests is included in our wedding package, so everyone arrives and leaves with ease and convenience.

Is the venue pet-friendly?
​
Yes. We are a pet-friendly Miami wedding venue and love it when couples include their four-legged family members in the celebration. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can review our pet guidelines and help you incorporate your pup or small pet safely and comfortably into your day.
